60th Anniversary Celebration Part 2 --Zoom Virtual Event--

Hillel Academy of Greater Dayton is excited to continue our 60th Anniversary Celebration, hosted by Ruthie Fierberg, Executive Editor of Broadway News, with special guest, Alexandra Silber, Author and Grammy-nominated performer, discussing Jewish Identity in the Arts. While reconnecting with fellow Alumni and friends, we will be honoring Sandy Sloane-Brenner, Hillel's Judaic teacher, who has been proudly teaching for nearly 50 years. We look forward to seeing you at our virtual event, Sunday, May 7th at 4:00 p.m. We appreciate and thank you for your continuous support of Hillel Academy and the Greater Dayton Jewish community.

Our special guest, Alexandra Silber is an actress, Grammy-nominated singer, and author. In London’s West End she played starring roles in Indecent, The Woman in White, Fiddler on the Roof, Kiss Me Kate and Carousel. In New York, she’s appeared in Hello Again, Master Class, She Loves Me, Song of Norway, Arlington, and the 2016 Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof. Alexandra is a Grammy-nominee for her portrayal of Maria in the symphonic recording of West Side Story, with the San Francisco Symphony. Her debut novel "After Anatevka,” and memoir "White Hot Grief Parade" are both published by Pegasus Books and also available on Audible.com.
